May 2023 Membership Meeting
Once every two years the DWC membership chooses a non-profit organization to be the recipient of our fundraising efforts for two years.
Yesterday we gathered at The Grille in Kelly Plantation for lunch and to hear presentations from our four charity finalists.

The membership voted, and Food for Thought was chosen as our fundraising recipient for 2023 and 2024! Congratulations Tiffanie Nelson, CEO and Founder!
Food for Thought
Food for Thought currently provides weekly access to food to over 3,400 food-insecure school aged children across 32 school locations in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Backpacks are filled with food for each child to take home for the weekend. They also provide a pickup service during the summer when school is out.
Tiffanie Nelson, Founder and CEO gave a wonderful presentation to our members during our May luncheon at The Grille at Kelly Plantation. We are thrilled to welcome Tiffanie and FFT into the DWC family.
