NEWSLETTER SEND DATE: 4th Monday of the preceding month.
For example, the May 2024 newsletter was sent out 22 April or the 4th Monday in April.
NEWSLETTER INPUTS: Provided NLT than the Thursday before the newsletter send date.
LUNCHEON: The second Wednesday of the month. There is a summer break for the months of July and August.
LUNCHEON CLOSE DATE (no more signups or cancellations): The Friday before the luncheon.
LUNCHEON REMINDER: Send the Monday before the luncheon close date.
