April 2023 Membership Meeting

The DWC April luncheon was held at Tuscany Bistro. Julie Porterfield, Founder and CEO of the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, was our speaker.
The ECCAC provides services at no cost for young victims of abuse, neglect, or abandonment.

Julie is a Carolyn Spencer Humanitarian Inductee as well as the 2022 Okaloosa County Women’s Hall of Fame inductee. She was also named a finalist for Remarkable Women of the Panhandle in 2022.
